Alessandro Del Piero – Legendary Player for Juventus Football Club
Fabio La Rosa of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic owns and manages Grupo Noval, a real estate development company, and Senda, a home-furnishings retailer and furniture importer. In his free time, Fabio La Rosa enjoys following Juventus Football Club of Turin, Italy.
Over the storied history of Juventus Football Club, few if any players have stood out like Alessandro Del Piero. In close to 20 years with the club, he tallied more appearances and goals than any player ever to wear the black-and-white-striped uniform. Beyond his personal accomplishments, “Pinturicchio” led Juventus to six league championships and four appearances in Champions League finals, winning once in 1996. Also successful on the international level, he was a member of the Italian team that prevailed in the 2006 World Cup.
Born in Conegliano, Italy, in 1974, Del Piero began his professional career on the under-19 squad of Padova, another Italian club. After rising to the first team, he was acquired in 1993 by Juventus. There, he began a legendary career and became what many experts call the greatest Juventus player of all time and also one of the best attacking midfielders and playmakers in the history of the sport.
